Running Report 5/5/15 -- 5/7/15

5/5/15 TUESDAY
Ran thee miles.  Half mile splits are:

Total time 28.47 average of 9.36 minutes per mile.  I almost didn't run today but then I sat down and I couldn't get myslef to write the words "no run today" in my journal so I went out and did a slow 3 miles at nine o'clock at night.

Total time was about 46 minutes but I was more focused on going fast and then recovering and repeating over and over.
