Yesterday, 1/15/15 I did not run.

Goal: Run 3 miles at 7.30 pace.
Workout: At the last minute, I gave into the pleadings of my son, and I took my boys on a run with me. So I ran 2.5 miles, untimed and slow.
This Week: 9.5 miles
This Year: 36.5 miles
