Running Report 3/10/15

Yesterday, Tuesday 3/10/15 I ran three miles on the treadmill.  My goal was to do a recovery jog of three miles at nine minute mile pace, which I was able to accomplish.  .5% incline on the treadmill.


Week 6.5 miles
Month 12.5 miles
Year 109 miles
