Running Report Thursday 1/22/15

Goal: Run three miles untimed.
Workout: I ran three miles semi-untimed.  I had to be back by a certain time so I finished my three mile run at my house in around 28 minutes, give or take a minute.  Upon finishing heart rate was 108. 

Week: 12 miles
Year: 51.5 miles
